Baz-Art sends its products to all countries listed in the table below.
Time of order’s preparation is about 3-4 working days. In most cases, products are ready to be sent the next day after you have placed your order, however very seldom, it may take up to 7 working days if we have run out of the products.
Time given above does not include delivery time, which depends on delivery zone (specified in the table below):

Shipment
The shipment company we work with is UPS. Your order is delivered to the address provided by you. Having sent the goods, we will immediately inform you about it by e-mail. You will be also given a tracking number which allows you to track your package on the UPS website. In case you are not available under the delivery address, a shipper will call you to arrange another delivery date.
Shipping costs do not depend on the destination address or items’ weight. To all the countires specified above the shipping fee is €10.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please, contact us before you do so. After having received and processed your return, we will do our best to send you a refund within 15 days. Depending on the payment method you used, your refund will go either to your credit card (if you paid by credit card) or to your bank account (if you made a transfer). The shipping costs will be paid by you.
PLEASE NOTE that you may return only new and intact products. They have to be returned in their original product packaging and it is your responsibility to ensure that they will not be damaged while being shipped.
